Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days after delivery.
- Returned products must reach us within the timeframe communicated by our support team.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations only and depends on courier availability in your area.
Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to two times. If pickup is unsuccessful, customers may be required to ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, eligible customers may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:
- clear photos of the product and packaging
- shipping label details
- an unboxing/opening video where available
After verification, we will provide:
- a replacement,
- exchange, or
- full refund,
depending on the situation.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Returns or exchanges may be declined if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.
- Only one exchange per order/item is allowed.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
- Slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
